Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must:

  • Show a proven record of leadership, service, and academic excellence
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) obtained before July 2026

  • Be willing to reside in Rwanda for the full two-year duration of the program
